I worked with Sam as my Lawyer back in 2003. I know, a long time back AND I hope he has changed since then. He was directed to me by my older brother, which should have been a BIG red flag. At any rate he charged me $10,000 and made me assurances he knew were impossible to keep. Suffice to say he prolonged the trial a year and failed to to do what he said he would do. Frankly, I was deeply disappointed in BOTH he and my brother and given the choice today would NOT work with Sam Amirante again!

Sam and Amy are great people to work with! You will not find better people to work with. They work hard and they care about their clients. They know and understand the system and if they don't know they'll figure it out. I highly recommend Sam based on his experience. I didn't know who Sam Amirante was I was referred. Amy is an excellent person to work with she's extremely quick but on point. They are great people! They helped me more than I can thank them for! I'm writing this review a few years later because I was cleaning out my wallet. That card will stay in there!

Sam Sr. with assistance from Pam, Sam Jr. & the office did a fantastic job on my case. We won in trial with the trial experience of Sam Sr. One warning to all the potential clients, the videos of you walking, talking & communicating will be on a big screen TVs throughout the court room for everyone to see, the trial lasted 2.5 hours & was quite grueling. If you did not walk, talk, act & communicate properly in the video, you may want to take the plea if one is being offered. Sam was non judgmental, allows you to participate if you have info that can help your case & this I respected because other attorneys were to immature to listen to my concerns, information I had to offer, etc....
