Carl Sammartino represented me with regard to some property transactions. This involved preparing various contracts, bills of sale, deeds and similar documents. As an older widow, I purchased a rental property for income and later discovered via a property survey that a neighbor was using a portion of my property for a driveway and vehicle parking. I consulted Carl Sammartino. His research found that there was an easement (undisclosed to me) that granted egress and ingress to the neighbor. Carl explained that I had two legal issues—1) with the title insurance company and 2) negotiating with the neighboring property owner about specific usage of the easement. In dealing with the title insurance company, Carl successfully negotiated a satisfactory monetary settlement. The neighboring property owner was a large, national property management company with their own legal department. Carl dealt with them as an equal and was successful in negotiating an acceptable agreement plus a monetary compensation. I recommend him for any legal issues involving real estate or property rights.

Carl helped me resolve a dispute with a Real Estate management company, he gave me all the scenario and helped me navigate legal options, I was satisfied with the final outcome. If I ever have a Legal Real Estate issue Carl and his firm would be my first stop.
