I definitely wouldn’t recommend Samouce for your HOA! He used the $3,500 retainer failed to notify our community of his questionable billing practices. Communities need to beware and avoid attorneys that practice law in such a manner. I’d encourage you to do your research and ask how many communities have been subjected to these types of billing practices.
