I had applied for disability benefits three years prior which was such a slow-moving, stressful struggle of a process. So many good things I could say about working with Lucinda Dunlap and Becky Hildenbrand! Both were such a pleasure to work with and Lucinda eased a lot of anxiety and stress I had around all this stuff. Most importantly, they made things feel so easy, and my efforting ended up nearly unnecessary as things came together so smoothly with the work that they put into my case file and the entire process. Lucinda was very helpful with my case and helped explained the steps to me. She is very straightforward with the process and does whatever she can to help. On the hearing day was a bit stressful but Lucinda was able to get my paperwork in for the judge to review. We made phone calls before the hearing and able to move the medical records needed for my case. It was medical records that kept going back and forth between Lucinda and myself. But we stuck through and perseverance through the stress of late paper work. She is awesome and very nice. Definitely recommend working with her.

Lucinda was my lawyer for 7 months. I have her forms she asked me to get filled out for SSA. She didnt add any of it to my file, yet she said she spoke with the Judges and that they said I wouldnt win, so she left me without a lawyer after 7 months of representation. If you want to have your time wasted and get abandoned right before your hearing that's what happened to me. I spoke with other lawyers who are all wanting to represent me and they all agreed that Lucindas conduct as a human being and a lawyer was unacceptable.

Lucinda Dunlap is a very incompetent lawyer. I call her about 5 months ago. She never communicate with me. Never got my name or last name correctly. I'm a Latino. After 5 months of doing nothing she calls me to drop my case due that she wasn't ready for my case. She request all my taxes returns, W's from my previous jobs. After she be incapable of communicate with me,she return not even half of all my papers. Don't waste your time with this good for nothing, incapable, lazy attorney. You will regret it!
