Sam recently did title work for me on a Chicago condo purchase. Both realtors involved and the mortgage officer were surprised at how smoothly and quickly the transaction took place. We needed a real estate attorney to help us with the contract on a new construction home that we were building. Next we phoned Sam Erkonen and were pleasantly surprised he actually answered the phone. Sam fit us in for an appointment that afternoon. He successfully handled our contract dispute as well as our closing on our new home and our old home. Throughout the process, Sam was professional and upfront on what to expect for our legal matters and we were informed of his fees prior to proceeding. We engaged Mr Erkonen for the sale of a rental property in the Chicago area. We found the prospective buyer of the property to be rather "demanding" which could have complicated the transaction.
