Whoever answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. I was simply calling for a mailing address and was assaulted with a very angry person that obviously is unhappy with life and their job. An address is an address, I was not asking for any other information yet she refused to give it to me. When she finally decided to give it to me she said it so fast that I could not understand. I asked her to repeat it and there was more attitude. They are supposed to be helping victims, but apparently the district attorneys office is an absolute joke!

I've pressed charges on my brother for assault and this clown never picked up the case. Now my brother attempted to murdr my youngest brother with a car and social services, for some reason, are calling us and asking us when they can RELEASE him into the public. He literally committed attempted vehicular MANSLAUGHTER and he's in some hospital??? My youngest brother pressed charges and what? This crime will go unpunished too??? I should've just left the state when I had the chance.

It took 2 hours for someone in this office to answer my call. This is unacceptable.

One of the worst facilities of the United States they went ahead and prosecute an innocent person just to stand up for the street vendors Elin enamorado. These people forget that this land belongs to the Aztecs and to the natives they forget who's the real owners of this land is! Which they go ahead and violate the rights of activists people just to clear their self-esteem knowing that they have cost a lot of damage to the community . Free enamorado this is the biggest mistake this department has made!

The budget must be nonexistent. When you call any of their office general intake lines, you get an immediate message that there must be a high call volume and to try back later. We have called several times over 3 days with no joy. Most DA offices lines are staffed by more than one person and you can go into a holding queue and your call will be answered in the order received. Not here!...They don't seem to want to interact telephonically with the public....Inefficient

So unprofessional. I’ve tried calling for 2 weeks straight and they never answer. It goes straight to a “call back later” machine. I live out of state and don’t understand how they expect us to speak with someone? Even tried emailing and no response. Literally hate San Bernardino’s offices

Looks like they denied me justice. Was attacked gasoline thrown all over my body in my eyes. Could have been murdered inside a restaurant. And they quickly let the assailant out of jail. Repent of your unjust dealings. I tell the truth. Taking this matter to the prayer altar.

Victim rights do not matter to the DA's office.

DA Jason Anderson needs to be removed this Jan 2023 because he lied to the public last election when he told the public he "Supports the Victim." 2 people violated more than 12 laws against my sister and Jason Anderson and Assistant DA Julie Peterson refused to file charges against them, why? Daneen, the female that violated the laws against my sister stated she knew Judges to a Deputy who stated he would testify. It is reasonably believed this is politically driven, but no proof yet. The DA needs to change their statement in the lobby from "Justice for all" to "Just for those they see fit to give it too." Jason Anderson came to office when previous DA Ramos failed to bring certain white collar individuals to justice for suspected Colonies Bribery crime with San Bernardino Officials; then the four men supported Jason Anderson into office and now Anderson who also stated to the public "Anderson said the District Attorney’s Office needs to be less politicized", however, it appears Anderson and certain staff within his office are doing just that. San Bernardino Citizens, your voice matters and your vote counts, Vote no Jason Anderson Jan 2023. The good citizens of San Bernardino deserve better.
