I filed a case with them, they never responded, they did nothing, and they didn't refund my money. I recommend never doing anything with them.

The same thing happened to me as to many people here. I gave them my down payment to start my process, and months went by and they didn't submit anything. People, don't waste your time with these kinds of people. I really don't know how they have a license to work in this field if they're so incompetent. The best thing they did was not start my case and they returned my deposit. 🙏🏼

This review is for Latinos looking for reliable lawyers to handle their immigration paperwork. Please don't use these people. This is a sad story. A few years ago, my partner and I went to start our marriage paperwork process. They charged us $500 to begin and said it would take a week. Two or three weeks passed, and they never even sent us an update on the status. We called, and they didn't have a clear answer. My partner went to the office, and the receptionists treated her like a beggar several times. One day, we went together. My partner was furious because she had worked hard for that $500, and these people wouldn't take responsibility. At the reception desk, next to us, was a young man telling us how these so-called lawyers had botched his paperwork by misspelling his name from the beginning, forcing him to pay for the correction. He was also telling us how he had waited a long time for an answer. He had spent approximately $8,700 on the process. All of this made us feel like we were being scammed. When we spoke to the lawyer, he told us we'd have to wait a month or more for the process to even begin, so there was nothing we could do. We got angry and told them they were scammers taking advantage of Latinos. They kicked us out, saying they were going to call the police and that they weren't going to give us our money back because the $500 was just because the lawyer had taken the time to check our names in the system. They were shameless. The next day, the company owner called us from Miami, threatening us and saying that if we called again or asked for our money back, he would tell the sheriff to have us arrested. In the end, we lost our money and the time we needed to get our case processed. We left humiliated, scared, and angry. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I hope you can read this before going to those people, before it's too late.

The experience was frustrating. I felt like I had to constantly chase them to get a response.

Unprofessional service. I had to call repeatedly to get basic information about my own case.

DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY HERE! These people had my case for a year. We paid $2,000 for them to "start" the process, but they never did. We got tired of calling and requesting appointments. We even went to their offices in person to request them, and when the day of the appointment arrived, they told us they had nothing scheduled. The "lawyer" handling our case left the firm, and they never notified us that our case would be transferred to another "lawyer." We only found out because we insisted on an appointment. When we spoke with the paralegal, he told us they didn't have my case documents because the other lawyer had taken them. I don't know how they intended to continue with the case if they didn't have my documents and never contacted me. We spent six months fighting for a refund. They finally gave it to us last week, but to our surprise, THEY STOLE $1,000 FROM US because they refused to give us the full amount back. They only gave us half, even though they NEVER even started the process. UGH! What an unprofessional and negligent signature!

I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and they made me wait in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes. When I finally got to the appointment, it was via Zoom, completely impersonal, with a lawyer who only asked for my alien registration number and told me that my asylum case cost thousands of dollars and that I had to pay it as soon as possible without even inquiring about my situation. Money is important, but so is being ethical, and yet they have terrible reviews regarding payments and the service once you pay. I grabbed my things and left! They gave me a really bad feeling.

Unprofessional! Irresponsible! Unpunctual! They made me travel for an in-person appointment, and 30 minutes before my appointment, after traveling for approximately 3 hours, the secretary in Orlando called me to say they couldn't see me for reasons they couldn't explain. They're so sorry! Such unpunctual and unreliable people to start any immigration process... they can't play with people's time! I took a day off work, a day of doing a million things, to travel, and I really lost my whole day because of this irresponsible team.

One of the worst experiences with a law firm. Sanabria Lawyers are irresponsible. No one seems to know what they're doing; every time I call, they give me different information, and it seems like no one really knows what's going on with my case. Furthermore, they take hours to answer calls, and when you finally get through, they don't resolve anything. I've made several appointments, and they've never returned my call, which demonstrates a total lack of seriousness and commitment to their clients. Honestly, I deeply regret having gone through my asylum process with them. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for responsible or professional service.

Be very careful with this agency. They're very diligent in contacting you, until you make the mistake of paying the down payment. There, you have to initiate a search to even speak with the assigned paralegal, who also tells you they'll call you back at a specific time, but never does. I was without a contract for over a month after paying the down payment. When I did get a phone call, the paralegal treated me arrogantly, even though the day before, she'd stood me up with the phone appointment. I asked for a refund, and it took them two months to deliver an incomplete check from which fees were deducted for the supposed work they did on my behalf (two emails, two calls). If you want a legal team that's truly interested in your case and helping you through these moments of great anguish and vulnerability, this isn't the place. I wouldn't recommend them for a million years. Terrible service and zero communication.

They are irresponsible lawyers. Don't fall for the Sanabria Law Association! Because later you'll regret hiring them.
