My experience with this lawyer was profoundly disappointing. From the very first moment, he displayed an absolute lack of professional ethics and empathy. He didn't introduce himself or even greet us when we arrived at his office, which immediately set a low bar for his professionalism and discourteous nature. Throughout the entire meeting, he maintained a rude, distant, and superior attitude, as if he believed himself to be better than his clients because of his financial situation. He showed no genuine interest in listening to or understanding our situation; his only concern seemed to be money, without the slightest human or professional consideration. At no point was he friendly, did he smile, or create an atmosphere of trust, something fundamental when dealing with legal matters, which are often sensitive. I definitely do not recommend him: a lawyer should support and guide their clients, not treat them with contempt and coldness.

This has been my worst experience with an immigration lawyer. They were very attentive during the initial consultation, but after that, nothing. They were very punctual when it came to collecting payment, but after two years, they did absolutely nothing. We paid them in full, and they never even handled a case.

I had two appointments with my representative, they said they would call me on the day of the appointment, and both times they just stood me up. I've been calling for two months now and they don't answer.

Terrible experience. Don’t fall for what he says about “if no one can take her out, I can” and don’t fall for him talking about his connections and how everything is possible. This lawyer did a horrible job handling my family friend’s case. From the beginning, it felt like they cared more about getting paid than actually doing their job. We could barely get any answers or updates, and every time we asked something, it felt like we were bothering them. In the end, we had to handle almost everything ourselves. We were getting information and answers from other places long before the lawyer ever bothered to say anything. They didn’t guide us, didn’t communicate, and didn’t take responsibility for anything. For the amount of stress and money involved, their service was unbelievably disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and look for someone who actually cares about their clients. This was a complete waste of time and money.

I absolutely do not recommend this lawyer or his firm. For over eight months, they made no progress on my case. I only received calls to collect fees, but I never saw any results or real follow-up. They promised many things and delivered none. I feel disappointed and cheated. I recommend reading reviews before hiring their services.

Reviewing the reviews, I see that many satisfied clients haven't had the same experience as others. I've also seen many who were assisted by the same people. We'd need to find out which office they belong to so we can transfer our files to the correct one. I'm part of the dissatisfied group; at the beginning of the process, everything was fine, but after the work permits were approved, things fizzled out, and then after everything was paid off, the divorce came, and I wasn't informed about it. Note: If I'm not mistaken, the person whose presence we've felt most strongly is the new legal representative, Alba García, in Orlando. She's helped us resolve some specific situations, which is why we don't recommend her.

If I call customer service, I get an answering machine. The paralegal assigned to me says that he has to wait for a response from his superiors. I'm really worried. I don't recommend them: they left me waiting for an hour today, and then they told me the lawyer connected but I didn't: hahahaha, it was hilarious 🤣. I logged on 5 minutes earlier and nobody ever connected. Now let's suppose they're having problems with the lines in the United States, hahahaha, why? They didn't call me back. They told me, "Mr. Jesus, we have a connection problem, therefore until it's resolved we can't hear you." Like they say: PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON SOCIAL MEDIA: it's a thousand times better to deal with a discreet person who isn't involved in these kinds of things. Bad luck for being irresponsible.

I've read many negative reviews of the Sanabria & Associates law firm, but in my experience, I highly recommend them. They are a team of highly skilled and responsible professionals. I appreciate the attention I received from attorney Sanabria during our interview, as well as from attorney Olanmarie (who did an excellent job) and attorney Julio Cabello (and, importantly, the paralegals who assisted throughout the entire process). They all did a great job with me. In my case, my work permit was approved within a month of being issued, and they were very attentive throughout the process. I only went to an initial consultation; the lawyer spent more time on the computer than actually attending to me. In the end, the only time she showed any real interest was when we talked about money, which fortunately wasn't in line with them due to bad feelings.
