My experience wasn't the best working with my lawyer from this firm. My lawyer went over my numbers and income and led me to believe I qualified for chapter 7. when it was time to review the documents before filing, she told me I did not meet certain requirements so I would have to do a chapter 13, the monthly payment would have been $1000/month for 5 years which clearly I cant afford or I wouldn't be looking into bankruptcy. I had also paid all of my fees. She also was not very responsive and when I had a question it took days for an answer that usually did not come from her. The thing that bothers me is I had a 10 minute call with an alternate lawyer today and they were able to tell me over the phone I did not qualify for chapter 7 at the moment. Basically the experience made me feel like I was misled and now I've lost $1500 because I was only refunded 800. My advice to anyone thinking about filing is to go over your numbers in depth with your attorney before paying them anything substantial because you wont get it back and puts you (us) in a worse situation because now I've lost money on top of trying to get myself out of debt.

I have never done business with this company and have never reached about filing bankruptcy ever in my life. A law firm should not have to call people for business. I think it’s it’s a tacky way of advertising and trying to pull people in. If I was interested in filing bankruptcy I would reach out to you. I have no idea how they got my information. But when you call someone several times and on top of that leave text messages I consider it a form of harassment. IM NOT INTERESTED IN DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!! AND YET ALONE NOT INTERESTED IN FILING BANKRUPTCY!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!! Please and thank you

Bad experience with Sanchez and garrison poor communication

Alex and josh left us hanging, we still have the same company coming for us that should have been covered after filing bankruptcy.and they literally told us to find a different lawyer. Theres almost zero communication with these clowns. They gave us false information. wouldnt recommend them unless you like a good clown show

Rocky start initially because of obvious stress and not understanding the process as a first timer. The case was processed and filed in the time frame that was promised. Unique was exceptional and professional helping me to send in pertinent information. She also helped with my questions and provided feed back in a timely fashion. Really appreciated.
