This is tale of two law firms and a roofing company. As a result of damage from hurricane Ian I hired a roofing company to replace my roof. I also hired a law firm recommended by the roofer. After twelve months of negotiations with the roofer, the law firm and the insurance company we finally got a settlement. The law firm company took about $10,000 for their trouble without giving me any itemized bill and sent a check with mine and the roofer's name on it.
