Was injured some months back when another driver fell asleep. My injuries - back, neck, head and eyes - are quite significant. I was able to talk with Kevin (the lawyer) after just a few Q's, which is pretty unusual. He was very professional. He sent me the police report, a thank you, and engagement letter. Situations like this are difficult so I haven't decided to hire him yet but I was very please so far with Kevin and his office.

I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone. At first he seems like he is very professional and is there to help but he is only there to take your money! He referred me to a chiropractor (a friend of his (Daley chiropractor) who tried to charged me almost TRIPLE THE VISITS I actually went to! I had six visits and he billed me for over 16! After finally getting to a settlement amount we agreed on for my accident I realized Sandel & Dr Daley would be getting pretty much all of my check and he was extremely anxious for me to agree with the settlement telling me that I had to pretty much hurry up and say yes or the offer wouldn’t be on the table anymore, that’s when I got suspicious and requested a copy of the bill and also questioned Sandel as well, he immediately accused me of questioning his integrity & dropped me as a client. After speaking with a client of mine that happens to work at a law firm & also speaking with an insurance claimer I learned lawyers are absolutely NOT supposed to refer a chiropractor to you and they were pretty much in on ripping me off! I’ve requested to speak with Dr Daley in Barberton but he declines my meetings and now magically I don’t have a bill to pay at all. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO

I had a injury claim that Sandel law firm handled from 2018 where someone rear ended me at a stoplight witha company vehicle and provided no working phone numbers to the company and no insurance information. What I truly liked about Attorney Sandel is that even though he had little information to start the process with which caused my case to take some months clearing up, he stayed on top of everyone and investigated things to the fullest until he was able to track down everyone he needed including the insurance company to get compensation for me and he is very fair and reasonable, and he didn't stop until he was satisfied with the amount he felt was compensation for my injuries and bills. I also liked the fact that I was able to handle things with him via phone and computer due to us being in different cities. I definitely would recommend him to anyone I know.
