I had reached out to Sanders Law Group seeking help regarding some credit card debt I had at the time that went into collections. After contacting the debt collectors myself, with full intentions of trying to come to a settlement agreement. I was honestly surprised and a little taken back as to how little they were willing to negotiate. After a few times back and forth, we were never able to come to what i believed to be a reasonable agreement as to how much we could settle this account for. Thoroughly frustrated, I began to look for some professional help regarding this issue. In my search I had come across a man by the name of Tom D’Aleo an associate at Sanders Law Group. Tom’s immediate knowledge on how to go about handling these types of situations was extremely apparent. He thoroughly explained to me all the steps he would be taking, and provided me with an estimated amount he thought we could settle this account for. Which happened to be lower than the amount I had offered the collection agency in the first place. Obviously i was thrilled to hear this and decided to allow Tom to represent me. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Not only was he able to settle my case for a lot less than i was willing to pay, he was able to get me such a great deal that even with his service fees it was still less than i had originally offered the collection agency.
