Called their office and was told a nurse would return my call when she was available. No callback, but did receive a letter saying they did not want to represent me even though they had no idea what had happened to me during my 12 day stay in the hospital. had a 5.8 cm mass explode in my lung, having fluid end up in my plura. 21 days later they took out the chest tubes which caused so much pain I was on 10mg of Oxy every three hours. All could have been avoided had the attending just start me on anti biotics. Avoid this firm, they don't even inquire about your injury when you contact them.

I called this firm due to a serious medical malpractice issue that I'm going through but the intake Linda was very rude & discouraging, she didn't fully hear me out & was quick to cut me off before I could explain the situation. She stated with an attitude, that hospitals usually win 9/10 medical malpractice cases & that they're very expensive ranging from $600,000-$100,000 & that you have to prove that you have permanent damage (implying that even if you have a case is not worth their time). While telling me this, she sounded like she hated her job & life. She blew me off, cut me short & didn't even ask for all my contact information. She then said that this firm would call me back which they never did. In my opinion she's not someone to be answering any potential clients calls. If someone is calling this firm I'm pretty sure it's not for fun & that they must have a serious issue going on in their life. We all apologize to you Linda that we're bothering you when we call this firm, I'm sure your life is much more important than ours. Based on that quick interaction I would not recommend calling this firm for any reason.
