In April of 2023, I lost my mother due to medical negligence and I trusted her case with this law firm. I should have known things would go awry when my lawyer was changed out of nowhere. The lawyer they assigned to my case, Amanda, fell very short when it came to my case. I lost my mom in horrific way due to the hospital’s negligence, and my case was treated like it was a last thought. I barely received updates unless I called. She did not read any details from the statement that I submitted and misrepresented my case. When my case was closed after judgement and I asked for the documents to be mailed to me so I could appeal it with another firm, Amanda sent the documents several months later to where I only had two months to appeal. The treatment my case received and the lack of urgency caused much distress to my life and I am left to pick up the pieces after not being able to appeal due to HER incapable abilities as an attorney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. Please do your research to find a firm that actually cares about its clients and doesn’t treat their case as a last minute thought.

Highly Recommend! ! Our lawyer did an amazing job handling my mom’s case . We were constantly informed with any and all updates and Consulted with before any decisions were made . He was Quick on responding to any questions we had and Great with communication whether it was thru phone , txt or email . 5 stars for all of these reasons plus more . Our Lawyer showed compassion and kindness towards her which made her feel more then like a client . Location was not a problem for us , easy to get to !

Get another attorney!! After I was interrupted so another call could be taken during our meeting, this is how I was spoken to “Were you able to gather up all of your papers for this meeting?” “Were you able to walk up the stairs to the office?” “Were you able to open the front door?” Then “your case is not cost-effective”. ???

My experience is one of wasted time. Lawyers who put so little effort you'd think they worked for the other side. How do you claim to take on technical medical cases when they don't understand a coiled up rubber hose blocking a patients airway is obviously CRITICAL...THE FACILITY COVERING the Event UP is CRIMINAL ,,,,,,,,no justice no peace
