Horrible communication, I mostly dealt with the secretary. Like she can't be bothered with you. At my SSi disability hearing she seemed ill prepared. The judge asked her a question and she didn't have the paper and apologized to the judge. She didn't say much at all during the hearing. I did most of the talking. I have heard from someone that won their case (with different attorney) that they didn't say much and the attorney did most of the talking. So she didn't go to bat for me. She threw me away like trash immediately after we lost the 1st round. I called her office for an update and was told "we're sending you a letter in the mail" Sent me a letter informing me she would not be helping me with my case anymore. Asked for a referral but that place was a joke just like her(Manning and FerralI) asked if they could fax my file to the new attorney. The secretary said "we'll see what we can do" which was nothing. They never faxed the file. Between her dilly dallying and the her referral office lack of communication much time was wasted and I lost my right to appeal for reconsideration. She will not fight for you. She doesn't care will drop you if it's not a easy slam dunk case. The WORST, MOST LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTORNEY I'VE WORKED WITH. MARK AND AVOID! 1 star because 0 isn't a option

Over 2 years and she didn't even make a phone call to keep me up to date! New attorney has done more in one month than was done in 2 years. Be aware before you choose this law firm, she is out of the office or will be sick the day of your hearing and postpone it for months!

Started off great, then it started where she wouldn't return my calls. I wasn't getting accurate information. Told me that she'd be with me all the way through the appeals process, two weeks into it she sends me a letter of dismissal. Never got any good information and to this day I still haven't got her to tell me how much money I'm getting and she hasn't been my attorney in 3 months
