I reached out Nov 3rd and was told a day later to fill out the intake paperwork. I provided a lot of personal information — including details to my current case. It’s been two weeks, no response. If you’re unable to take clients, state that. The paralegal that answers the phone (maybe receptionist not sure) reached out to me on Nov 12th to say “sorry I was sick and out the office for a week, I’ll follow up with the lawyer and get back to you”.. til this day, no response. Hopefully this lawyer doesn’t have a conflict of interest. If so, that should’ve been specified.
