This is the first experience that I've had with an injury attorney and I am very glad that I was recommended to Henrik and Jackie from Sardarbegian Law. They are both extremely professional and were very attentive to my injury needs. Mr. Henrik Sardarbegian is the best in the business.  I found Mr. Sardarbegian after being referred by my friend’s aunt.  He had handled a small case for her and she was overwhelmingly pleased with him.  I met with two other attorneys and interviewed them as well as Mr. Sardarbegian after I was rear ended in a trucking accident when a big truck rear ended me causing me to spin out on the freeway.  I was hospitalized for a few days and had some major injuries. After my friend visited me in the hospital, she sent me Mr. Sardarbegian’s number and I reached out.  Unlike the first two attorneys I eventually met with, Mr. Sardarbegian was very genuine and was a real human being, not a salesman so I decided to give him a try, and it was the best decision I could've made. Mr. Sardarbegian called me right away after contacting his office and leaving a voicemail on a weekend.  The insurance company was trying to blame my injuries on degeneration instead of owning up to the truth; their insured was negligent.  After helping me find various physicians to get me treated for my injuries, he and his staff followed up with my health conditions weekly.  He looked out for my best interest. After my surgeries and recovery, Mr. Sardarbegian made a demand to recover the damages I had incurred as well as for future medical care that I would need along with the pain and suffering I had gone through and would continue to go through in the future.  The truck’s insurance company did not want to compensate me appropriately for all that I had gone through.  Thankfully, Mr. Sardarbegian does not back down.  He filed a lawsuit and went after them hard.  He kept in contact with me through the entire process which made me feel very good.  We went to mediation where after about an hour of games, we walked out without a deal, in fact when we walked out, he told the mediator that if the case was not resolved, our demand was going to go up.  I did not want to question what he was doing but I did get a bit scared. Little did I know that he was already prepared to go to trial and did not want the insurance company to devalue my injuries and how the accident had affected my life.  Within two weeks, the insurance company paid the demand he sent to them the day after our mediation.  A significantly high amount.  I was brought to tears when I was given the news.  It showed how relentless and committed he was not only to make sure I was properly compensated, but how much he truly cared for me and my future. I don't know much about the world of trucking accident law or accident and injury law, but I do know that if I ever get into another accident (fingers crossed that I never will) I will contact him right away.  I trust him and feel that I have first-hand experience that he really cares.  Thank you so much Mr. Henrik Sardarbegian!!

Henrik Sardarbegian is amazingly intelligent, highly professional, and a class act; he is genuine, kind, and real. There are thousands of personal injury law firms/attorneys in the Los Angeles area, all of which are bidding for new cases. When I was injured in an auto accident and laying in the hospital, a nurse recommended an attorney she claimed was great. When I go out of the hospital, I called her recommended attorney and paid their office a visit (you know, one of those very expensive offices with the great view and expensive bottles of water). After speaking to one of their attorneys, I walked out feeling confused and lost. The attorney I met was disingenuous and it was obvious that I was another check in his pocket. I did some online research and called around only to get the same feelings: "bring your case in and I will get you millions." Nearly 5 days had passed since my accident when a friend stopped by my house to check up on me. He referred me to Henrik Sardarbegian and guaranteed that he would change the way I felt about attorneys. Based on the review, I felt that I would give him a try. After contacting his office, my wife took me there the next day and I actually got to meet with Mr. Sardarbegian. I chose him - and it was truly a blessing that I did. He genuinely cared about me, and my case. He was a great counselor for me during the process. He did not try to take advantage of me in regards to costs, in fact I say he puts in a lot more work than what he gets paid for, because he cares. As my case moved towards litigation, I felt more and more confident about my chances of "winning" my case at trial. After my deposition, I was extremely confident. In fact, the professionalism and demeanor of Mr. Sardarbegian towards opposing counsel during my deposition even caused the court reporter to say "You got yourself a great one." My case proceeded to mediation in which Mr. Sardarbegian was able to secure the entire policy limit (very high amount) from the responsible party. I realized that the other attorneys, and the mediator all think highly of him, because he is simply a good guy.

I wish my car accident didn't happen. Neck pain, back pain, and taking time off of work to visit doctors was inconvenient to say the least. If I had to choose just one word to describe my experience with Sardarbegian Law (Mr. Henrik Sardarbegian, Esq.) it would be, marvelous. I made a late night call to their office to set up a consultation appointment and I was astonished to hear an actual person pick up even at 9 PM. I made an appointment for the following day. I had met with Henrik (the attorney) and one of the case managers (Armand), who were both kind, diligent and informative. This being my first legal action you can imagine I had MANY questions about the process and costs. There was no question left unanswered. I left there with a lot of insight and confidence. After a day or two I decided I wanted their law firm to be the ones to fight for my case. I called up Mr. Armand and from then on they made every step a breeze - always keeping in mind how to accommodate me and my schedule. It was a very lovely experience to have had them in my corner.
