I was informed by my landlord’s lawyer that my year lease would be terminated due to a breach in the contract committed by another roommate. I called the Sarkissian Law group and spoke with Carlos. Carlos was patient and very interested in helping me. He calmed me down and got me to look at the problem one step at a time. He ensured the law group would give me legal advice if I had a case they could pursue. They reviewed the termination letter, lease, and many more documents. Unfortunately, it was determined the landlord was in the right and the termination would need to proceed. Although I never pursued legal advice and action with Sarkissian Law Group, my interaction with Carlos was very personable and calming during a time when I was so stressed. The law group never pushed for money from me. They talked with me and reviewed my case for free. They always followed up with phone calls or emails after each conversation.
