Was very informative and took care of my case. The ladies in the office especially Deyanira kept me informed every step of the way.

If you’re looking for a REAL review this is it. I met Sarnie at an office in the Galleria area. He seemed pretty cool, wrote him down in my contacts. 1 year later I get hit by some mexicans who spoke zero english. Their plate was recorded, they hit and ran. I make a police statement and it comes back that the 2 mexican guys were using another girl’s car. Although Sarnie and his team have her info, he lays low on pressing charges for the ENTIRE YEAR. I wasted my time going to his doctor’s physical therapies to relieve pain for them to not find the suspect. sarnie did not try contacting their insurance, sarnie did not try contacting the police. sarnie just said that the address that was tied to the girl was invalid. Mind you, the entire 2 years of this process this dude never saved my number, took forever to get back and his excuse for that was “you know i’m a good lawyer when i’m always busy”. I had to literally let this person know to save my number numerous times. Not very organized. Front desk lady was sweet though, So I guess the singular star goes to her. Other than that, if it was possible I’d rate sarnie 0 stars.
Mr. Chajri hired me to handle an injury he sustained in a 1-23-23 accident with a hit & run driver. Within three days, we requested the police accident report and learned that their investigation was pending and they had not been able to locate or identify the hit & run driver. Mr. Chajri advised me that he had a witness and provided the witness’ contact info. After multiple attempts to contact the witness, and at least three phone conferences, we were never able to get the witness to sign the witness statement. The police ultimately found an insurance company that covered the hit & run vehicle; however, that policy had been cancelled before the accident. We were ultimately able to identify the person believed to be the hit & run driver but never got a good address on him. Despite these problems, we filed suit against the suspected hit & run driver, but could not get him served with the lawsuit because we were never able to obtain a good address. As a result, due to there being no insurance coverage and a defendant we could not locate, we withdrew from the case.
Best Lawyer EVER!!!
Mr. Randall gave my aunt Ceola Green’s case the attention it needed from day one. He called her almost every day with information to collect and went wherever he needed to go to collect that information. Her case involved, her husband’s sickness, which involved several hospitals. Mr. Randall collected information from each hospital, and traveled almost 400 miles to obtain statements from witnesses. We are thanking Mr. Randall for a jobwell done. These statements are coming from Ceola Green . We give him a five star rating!
Sarnie Randle is unprofessional, discourteous, and disrespectful. After agreeing to take my case and receiving documents from me, he proceeded to ghost me for six weeks. I called his office every week and sent multiple emails. I even provided windows of time that I'd be available for him to call me and cleared my schedule to make sure I was available. I finally spoke with him today, only because I happened to call again at the right time, and he completely contradicted all of the advice he had previously given me. When I pointed this out to him, he had nothing of substance to say in return. When I expressed to him how unprofessional it was for him to jerk me around for six weeks, he said "Well I guess I can apologize for being busy." This is a person who has very little integrity and respect for his clients. Please do not trust him. Update (and response to Attorney Randle’s response): When I consulted with you in August 2022 (an interaction you later had no record of and claimed to have no recollection of because you don’t take notes), you said I needed to pursue dental treatment elsewhere and complete it before pursuing a lawsuit. I told you it would take approximately one year, and you assured me that would be fine because I would have two years from July 2022 to file the lawsuit. When I spoke to you on the phone last week, you acknowledged that you were mistaken on the timeline in our original consultation. You since have gone to mischaracterize me as having been irresponsible and taking too long to follow up with you. You told me to contact me after my final dental appointment, and I spoke to you in October 2023 one week prior to my final appointment, and you specifically stated nothing had changed since our last conversation. It was after I sent the records you requested that you then proceeded to ghost me for months. And now you have attempted to mischaracterize me. What this tells me is that you lack professional integrity. Why not just admit you gave me bad advice? I’d respect you more if you did.
Andrew, You contacted me back in October 2022. I advised you of what I needed to evaluate your potential case; however, I did not receive anything from you until one year later, October 2023. That delay created a problem with your two-year statute of limitations that I had discussed with you during our initial conversation. I am sorry that you are upset that I am not willing to represent you; but under these circumstances, I have no choice.
Mr Randle is an excellent trial lawyer with over 40 years of trial experience. He was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates , a prestigious organization which is limited to less than 1% of all attorneys. He is compassionate and hard working. Judge Scott Link, Harris County, Texas
