Update 2/18/2026: I did not lie because I did not say we didn't have a discussion. We did. I said you did not contact me after saying you have a meeting and you have my contact information. Before our discussion began, I told you about about your rude intake specialist. And you said you will review it as well. We did talk, repeating that again, since there is gaslighting here. But you told me at the end of the call that you have a meeting and that you have my email address or my contact. That tells me you're going to reach out which you haven't. This isn't a lie of a review. Seems like bad reviews get told that they're lying. There's one below that shows proof. I also never called you back 15 minutes later. I checked on my end. I called you once , a guy answered, he transferred me, some lady answered that didn't have phone etiquette. You called me back 19 minutes later after that and we spoke for about 57 minutes and later you mentioned you have my contact and that you have a meeting to go to. I didn't call your office twice according to the call logs. That's false. And to simply say leaving bad reviews is what I do (which is also disrespectful along your reddit comment) based on looking at my profile which is the only truth you have told from your comments. Yes I do to let people know the 411. Many great reviews aren't true today. Maybe change your approach and you'll get better reviews. You work for the client not the other way around. ******************** And the reddit comment was definitely uncalled for and was highly disrespectful to a potential client. I never mentioned you said I was gullible (another lie). I told you that I'm not gullible. ******************** Sarphie never called me back. Said he had a meeting to go to but he has my email when we initially spoke like 2 months ago. Apparently, he thinks I use reddit to find doctors, so I had to let him know I'm not gullible. Maybe calling him is what a reddit user might say to do. He was very cynical about my case, though I understand many seasoned lawyers who are in this industry might be from insurance because it can be a pain, but I can assure that his cynicism to not take my case because I only called a drs office that he isn't a fan of doesn't mean I will go there. And I didn't. My occupation doesn't correlate to my intelligence. Correlation doesn't meet causation here. I don't use reddit as a source. Maybe he is on it though. Hopefully, these reviews are not paid for by a reddit user.

[Remeber they only reached out to me because of my 1 star review] Edit 1038am EST, June 17th: Daren called and stated he would not represent me because his receptionist called and stated she felt disrespected about me trying to be straight forward and get assurance my call would not be ignored again (pictures show how many times i called). What's the point of leaving another message if it's not going to get to him anyway? He said she's just a receptionist. So out of all his previous receptionist that I talked to, she is supposed to have to the effect of the most integrity? He also said because my Google name of my review (which was days later after i called them multiple times) was not the name they have on file its my fault they couldn't find my name. "If you're going to leave a bad review you should be able to show your name". I see alot of initals and First name in the reviews.🤣🤣 Lame excuse, could have responded to call the office so they could talk with me. The disconnect is strong. Obviously inforsec isn't a thing☝🏾🤓 If i could give a 0 star i would, be careful not to fall into the same situation i had to fall for, a cautionary tale. Disappointed. 21 days of disappointment. Day 21 of waiting...✍️📖 Edit June 17th: Still waiting on my call back. I tried to get the name of the person i talked to today for assurance but they wouldn't give it to me😮‍💨 i gave up and hung up on the receptionist. I was straight forward as i had no time for pleasantries. But oviously im rude and disrespectful 🤔 Edited June 13th: My initial conversation with the office was pleasant, and I had high hopes they could assist with my case. I was told I would receive an email but never did, so I called back many times. However, after weeks of no follow-up—despite multiple calls to the front desk requesting a return call—my optimism turned to frustration. What hurts the most is that I spent weeks searching for help, and this office seemed like the answer, only to let me down completely. The worst part? No closure—just silence. Being ghosted by a law office is both unprofessional and ironically laughable. Only given 1 star as the initial consultation was good, everything after was not. Edit: I did contact the office, and the call center or whoever picks up the phone said they would contact the attorney I was talking to.
