I hired Joe Carnevale after a local contractor tried putting a frivolous mechanics lien on my house. The contractor pulled his own permits, told me everything was approved, built it and then I ended up finding out the plans were never approved by the town. Joe took the time to ask me for all supporting documents I had so he can understand the matter and insure everything was filed correctly. Most attorneys will have no problem taking your money but the first thing Joe said to me was he wanted to make this as cost effective as possible for me. These days its very hard to find an Attorney that puts their client first rather than their paycheck. Joe filed everything correctly and on time with the court and ended up getting the mechanics lien thrown out. To this day I cant thank Joe enough for being honest with me throughout this whole process. I would highly recommend Joe for anyone going thru a contract dispute/mechanics lien.
