Ian Impacts continue! Filing complaint with Bar/Division of Lawyer Regulation! 58 days in on Hurricane Ian Insurance claim, Non-representation letter sent to me after assurances provided firm would handle claim (have emails and texts) and contacts with Insurance Companies. Many emails cc'd firm in, Adjuster issues, waived conflict, unsure if deadlines were let to lapse, no replacement counsel, injured my position, created severe burden and no attention to fiduciary duty. In my opinion, seriously lacking Legal Moral and Ethical guidance. Money over all. Tampa Bay Times would be interested in this human interest story given the personal upheaval and difficulties across the spectrum. Following submission to Press will exercise all avenues. Oh, and he has had my donated kidney in him for over 25 years, Mammon over family. Good luck with the Karma.

I had a situation where I hired a seemingly reputable moving company to move a high end piano across the country where they misrepresented their service and caused significant damage. I hired Bert Savage in order to force these people to reimburse me for the damages and the significant out of pocket repairs that I was subjected to after taking delivery of the piano. These people tried to file bankruptcy and change their business name in order to avoid paying for their malfeasance but Bert was relentless in his pursuit. He got me a great settlement where I thought it would be a real longshot given the shady maneuvers by the other side. I would absolutely recommend the Savage Law Firm for anyone in need of an aggressive and highly skilled lawyer to help right a wrong that’s been done to them as well. Rude unprofessional based on the name I should have known there are plenty of lawyers that have more experience and professional dont waste your time calling you will just get a rude reply seems more like they dont want clients and everything you ask they act like they dont know
