I had a disappointing experience when calling this firm to inquire about legal services. The receptionist who answered was rude and dismissive from the start. I was asked several questions in a way that felt condescending, as if I were ignorant or wasting their time. When I provided my case number, I was told that the firm “unfortunately couldn’t help me” because I supposedly gave the wrong number. In reality, the number was correct, it simply required further searching on their end, which was later acknowledged. I was also asked whether I could afford the firm’s services, which felt invasive and inappropriate, especially since no information had been shared about fees or the scope of the matter, and without any understanding of what was at stake in my case. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this interaction felt unprofessional and discouraging. I would hope that individuals seeking legal help are treated with more courtesy and respect.
