Highly recommend Mr. Scarfe!!! My case should really have been an open and shut case since I was arrested for a DUI with bal of 0 but it ended up being a very long and exhausting 5-year fight. Without getting into too much detail, what I was suffering from was very severe insomnia and sleep deprivation but I was treated like a drug abuser by the arresting officer. There had been some setbacks and obstacles with disappointing outcomes and I came very close to giving up at times. We were at a point where it was time to set trial dates but with Mr. Scarfe's relentless and unwavering determination, he was able to get my case dismissed. There had been a lot of issues with the way the blood was drawn and handled and Mr. Scarfe knew all the best expert witnesses to hire to question it all. It truly had been an emotionally and mentally draining 5-year fight but I could not have done it without Mr. Scarfe's expertise and assistance for which I am eternally grateful.

This attorney is not recommended he did so many mistakes that my husband is still in prison due to his mistakes, attorner never in time to courts he does not keep any sort of communication with his client. He does not help the client he actually helps the DA put a client in prison for something so simple to fix. Instead of giving rehabilitation options instead of prison. He does not care my husband was supposed to be home but because of the mistake this attorney did cdcr said the attorney did something wrong in the paperwork no wonder he dis not want to give my husband the paper work Minute order he was requesting he is rude thinks he is the best but is not. Go somewhere else pay alittle more but get better results than what we got. Zero stars from us. I have read your post but does not give me an option to reply after how many attempts you started to answer after court was done and over with. But while he was at the branch you never went to see him for any updates or gave him a chance. Cdcr kept him longer than what it was supposed to be they showed him the paper of how you counted his time they said you had messed up. Whats done is done cant go back to fix it. Is just not ok how you do not pay attention to the case closely you were just in and out and just did not care like when i had to speak to you at court you knew i was there you tried to speak to me until I had to yell your name to speak to me. Minute orders were supposed to given from you to him not us have to dig everything out.

Wow what can I say…facing any type of charges is stressful enough but Mr. Scarfe was able to assist my family with winning the motion to suppress. My husband was out on bail and finally got his felony charges dropped due to some harassment and illegal encounters that he with SAC PD. He was facing a large amount of time and we are so happy to be able to move forward with our lives. Mr. Scarfe was the best! First off He won my D.M.V. hearing, I was allowed to keep my license, and continue driving. He then went and handled my d.u.i. case in criminal court the best it could be handled. He talked to the D.A. and had my terms and conditions reduced down to a 1/4 of what the D.A. was first offering. Hiring him has been one of the best decisions I've ever made!
