Well to start off, this law firm was the first firm I called (after calling about a dozen others) that didn't feel like I was entering a used car buying experience.. From the receptionist taking my very detailed case down with great patience and grace ( I did not feel rushed at all), to the lawyer ( I feel bad I forget his name but I believe it was Rob), it was the most supportive experience seeking law advice I have ever gotten. Rob talked to me for over an hour for free. For free. He was a total straight shooter and wasn't trying to wrap his knowledge up into a bait and sale pitch. Rob explained all of my options. He went through and told me about all of the options and paths his firm could take to help remedy my situation AND also told me in detail, how I could take some or all of the steps myself to help alleviate some of the price of what my case would cost. Rob's honesty for telling me very straight forward what the ballpark cost of the firm's services would be is most appreciated. Zero sugar coating and it made me feel like I wasn't entering into an endless paying agreement. The other firms I called wanted money to even talk to a lawyer, without even considering or hearing the uniqueness of my situation. Those firms left me feeling like I was entering into a series of endless pay walls. While the estimate of the services Rob gave me wasn't cheap, him being able to itemize each thing the firm would have to do for my case gave me all the explanation for the costs I needed. His explanation was very thorough and really just showcased his knowledge and expertise to me. I definitely felt like this firm was the way to go before hanging up with my hour long call with Rob. Administrative Assistant Laura Petty was extremely helpful and patient while attempting to locate records I attempted to send for my consultation with Jeffrey Schott, Esq., Mr Schott was also helpful with providing information during consultation. Unfortunately, I am unable to move forward with legal representation due to cost, especially since I had reached out for initial consultation due to unemployment issues.

I give them a F. Paid around 50k over a year before my case. Assigned several lawyers who left firm. I ended up paying hourly as you know, they are expensive here and got a lawyer who never saw my case just weeks before who said he even didn't look at anything until the week before, tho took notes, and was generally confused about all the details and even screamed at me over it. I should sue fpr legal malpractice with tort. They should've given me my money back. Of my three lawyers I paid for, I get the guy who takes the case weeks beforeand was always yelling and calling me names and my elderly mother a bad name randomly. I see this as bad work ethic and dishonest, as it reflects on this firm very poorly. I won, I knew my case was a home run, but I settled for less bc my lawyer was dishonest. Hey crazy firm before you go broke from my review, you may want to fix this? Or stay dishonest. And what we discussed was all thrown out, as he had lied and threw in a giant curveball the day before. He even told the defendant he barely reviewed this and just got hit with the case.wow! Brian Caffrey as everything i paid for differed at the end. To the firm: you really should consider reimbursing me, for this I'm sure is enough to ruin your reputation. This firm made me do all the work, rushed me OT me, should've represented myself. Should've saw the signs of that, it was there fault. My case was 🔥. Don't lecture me about my sarcasm, I was eager to get done with your firm. You like to use out of context statements and false assumptions. I wouldn't believe surprised you tried to defend such egregious behavior. It's too rich that you think your attorney could stay calm like me, I was saving lives in emergency situations without poor performance and have a much more colorful career and life. Never did I act so unprofessional lying. You guys are very out of touch. And I know what i wrote and say, people can actually find out if they look at it. Back at wet blanket statements, eh? You couldn't even read paperwork without complaining. Obviously you have no proof of threats, and are liars. Glorious you are worth a dull penny. Maybe you guys are too out of touch with America, and need to learn right from wrong. Probably didn't learn that growing up. Rangers and Vets lead the way, and those in service to others are harmony. Sounds like a whiny person wrote your comeback. Idk why you would want to be dishonest to a hard working family. Over a year ago you had really low on reviews and your advice going forward was awful. I got more money with another lawyer after I used yours. You said it couldn't be done. You lied. And what do you do try to make me look dumb amd ruthless. Waste of $$! I suggest ULIASE and ULIASE in NJ. No money upfront either!
