I just dealt with Peter Holl from this company. Super disorganized,I would call it Professional Malpractice. He strung my wife and I out for close to two months on a vehicle accident claim we need representation on. We should have received from day one an engagement agreement After two months and many phone calls and emails he dropped us. Blame me whatever but tell me in a shorter period time.

My case is complicated and I'm running out of time. Since I began requesting free consultations, I've spoken to many referral services, paralegals, secretaries etc. Afterwards, I receive the required email letting me know they can't take my case. Scarlett Law Group is different. Not only did I get a call back, I got a call from Randall Scarlett. Although he was almost 100% sure he couldn't take my case, he spent FORTY minutes on the phone with me discussing it. He went into great detail regarding the malpractice process and how it relates to my case. Instead of the obligatory 'sorry I can't help you', Randall gave me specific steps to take that may improve my chances of having a viable case with another firm. He even gave me statute numbers and named the forms to file. The forty minutes he spent with me is most likely worth a few hundred dollars to the firm.
