Never followed through on our case, lost papers given to them and then dropped us as a client because “they were running out of time” and we were never notified that they did till today when our insurance called us! Very unprofessional do not go with them!

He bought me Starbucks the day we met. He doesn’t expect payment until he wins the case. He will do everything he can to help. He even went above and beyond to help on the property damage side of the case. He is working to get the maximum allowed for personal injury and punitive damages. He helped get my friend a few months ago get an $8000 car , almost double the value of his old vehicle. They are still working to get the maximum allowed for personal injury.

This guy mr Schafer is a shister took him over a year and half and a bunch of running me around 5 different secretary and told me he was going to settle for 15 to 20 thousand... the next day he called me and now I owe him 1000 and no money for my accident. I was also rear ended too.this guy is not recommended. Stay away from this guy..warning warning this is the lawyer you mother and father warned you about.

I was involved in a car accident where i was rear ended and i tried to deal with the insurance companies myself, bad idea. Well after a few months of back and fourth i was recommended Mr Shaffer by a personal friend, very fast service dealing with a tight deadline due to Va laws. Case was settled and all is well now.

Great Attorney

My daughter was involved in a really bad car accident 3/2017. Mr. Schafer quickly came to our home to represent her. Now, it has been months since she has heard from the attorney. There have been numerous calls made and messages left, but still no return call. She went to a chiropractor today trying to deal with her back pain. When the receptionist called the attorneys office for authorization, she said the paralegal was very rude to her. It has been 15 months now, my daughter is still in pain and we are at the end of our patience!!!!! 11/27/2018 - well nothing has changed. Spoke with Roger many months ago. He was supposed to call me back the next day and I still haven't heard back from him! 😕
