I’ve repeatedly requested a copy of the signed settlement agreement from attorney Jennifer Crow regarding a small-claims matter she handled between Cherry v. Kracke. She has acknowledged messages from us but still hasn’t provided the executed document. Having complete records is a basic part of closing a case, and the lack of follow-through has made it difficult for us to maintain accurate files. I hope this feedback helps prompt better communication and accountability for future clients.
