Please please whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!! They do not fight for you, horrible communication and do not stick to what they say. My son was in an accident over 2 years ago due to no fault of his own and it took him having to keep harassing them just to get a call back. In the end, he was screwed not only by the party at fault, and the law firm as a whole. His "lawyer" was never availble. He spoke mainly with the receptionist who was rude. I'm not speaking hearsay, I'm speaking facts, being that I was on the phone the one and only time we were able to speak to his lawyer. He was told he was getting one amount only to get the check in the mail for an amount substantially less and for what!

Chris Schehr helped me tremendously after my car accident. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, I was expecting so much less than what I got. He and his team work day in and day out for all their clients, and the clients don’t have to lift a finger. From start to finish, my case began in August 2024 and finished January 2026. Great staffing, they handled my case in 2023 with me being an outta state resident as well. I had some recent issues come up and they didn’t hesitate to help me resolve my issues , even though I know I grew annoying with constant calls. My attorney( CHRIS) and legal staff gave me legal advice and the best solutions to get my issues resolved quickly.

I am writing this review to warn others based on my direct experience. I retained this attorney for a dog bite case nearly two years ago, and unfortunately, it has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, I was promised specific actions and communication that never happened. Over the course of more than a year, absolutely nothing meaningful was done on my case. No progress, no updates, no follow-through on what was promised. The most concerning issue is the complete lack of communication. I have never once been able to speak directly with the attorney this entire year, despite repeated attempts. Each time I call or follow up, I’m told that he will “reach back out,” which has never happened. This response has been repeated over and over, and at this point it feels dishonest and misleading. This is negligence. I was left completely in the dark with no updates, no guidance, and no accountability. Being ignored while dealing with a serious injury and legal matter is unacceptable, unprofessional, and emotionally draining. If you are looking for an attorney who is responsive, communicative, and actually works on your case, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. No client should be left hanging for years with zero progress. I truly regret trusting this firm with my case and hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
