He is extremely unprofessional and cocky made smart remarks towards me in front of the whole court room. Rather than do a side bar and talk to me in private like a professional. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Kerry kelm told me that I was " Stupid for not taking the deal!" Then she quit on me! My life, my decision! Weren't you supposed to be working for me!? INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!

This law firm is incompent. I gave them a $5000 deposit to file an appeal of my divorce. Kerry Kelm missed the deadline date in which to file the appeal. What a joke! So, I was forever banned from my appeal due to their negligence. Their mistake cost me nearly 100K. Then, I couldn't find an attorney in the entire state that was willing to sue another attorney for negligence. Addtionally, they charged me a couple thousand for transscipts after they botched the entire thing only returning a small portion of my deposit. Zero stars for the zeros they are!

The only reason william schembera is getting a 1 star is because the consultation was free.... this man is a horrible individual who cares not about your situation or getting you to retain him. His values and utter disrespected for females is unbelievable. My fiance and I didnt make it 15 minutes through the consultation before leaving. He constantly cut us off while raising his voice when we brought up issues. He stood up and yelled at my fiance to get her to stop talking. His attendant was also a female who was very nice and listened to our questions, but when she said something he didn't like, he cut her off and yelled as well. Please do not waste your time or money on William Schembera!

Kerry kelm represented she did ok but she was unorganized and missed a very important meeting with the judge and my daughters mothers attorney and did not follow up, she did not review the evidence they had against us, she did not prepare ahead of time she just winged it in court I did not like this, she is way better at criminal court then family Court. She talked a big talk and I feel things would've gone better for me if she would've listened to me and took more time actually preparing and making a parenting agreement but I learned my lesson all attorney's want your money, do your research. I was desperate.

Given the Circumstances and the Charges I was faced with Kerry Kelm did a Phenomenal job on my case.

I would not recommend hiring this person under any circumstances. He's rude and unethical. When someone raised an objection to something he had proposed (the judge was not in the courtroom at this time), he was tight as a spring, and he raised both of his fists to his chest-level, and with both hands he flipped off the person who had objected!!! Right there in the courtroom! The person was shocked and began to say - "Did you just ... ?" But before the person could finish their sentence, Schembera interrupted and said, "I didn't do anything!" And then he stood there like a fool with with closed fists in front of him. He's hateful, unethical, rude, and unprofessional.

Do NOT hire this man. I can't stress that enough. There is nothing good about him. Arrogant yet unprofessional in almost every way. He took advantage of my vulnerable position by burning through the retainer fee and then withdrawing and then suggesting I hire someone else. He was unprepared for meetings, got lost in the details of my case, and I even caught him shopping online during one of my meetings. He was disrespectful and perpetually irritable. His carelessness and mistakes cost me dearly in the outcome of my life and well being. He talks a big game at the beginning but could care less about the outcome of the case. He wants easy money. Don't be his next victim.

He got matters resolved but mean as hell, he seems to think I was an attorney as well.
