Tyler Osburn subpoened me, so I called him to find out why. I left a message letting know what I wanted and asked him to call me back. He did not return my call which showed disrespect. Other words used to describe him by AI overview are unsettling, chauvinistic, dirty tactics, defamation, disregard for ethical boundaries, prioritizing his view over facts, and challenging the integrity of judges.

My wife and I had to have some legal help with our estate. We were referred to Tyler by a friend. Tyler did a great job helping us formulate our ideas, make the necessary changes, and get them implemented. Tyler was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

Straight forward and they get results

Tyler Osburn is a disappointment of a "divorce lawyer" and should stick to business law. He overly complicates simple cases in order to make "big bucks" off low income families. His tactics are straight out of the 1980's playbook when it comes to using false accusations and fraudulently misleads the court. He wastes time (delays responses, files frivolous motions, "loses" documents and evidence), and racks up senseless legal fees. He harasses parties with baseless threats and fabricates accusations with no substantiation. Tyler epitomizes a greasy slimy disheveled lawyer straight out of the old TV shows. I sincerely hope the firm has some decent lawyers, but Tyler is not one of them.

Couldn’t even get one minute without being cut off rudely and told I can’t help you when he didn’t even have a clue what it was about. This is after being recommended from a lawyer to contact these guys.😂

Mr. Osburn is the most professional and caring attorney I have ever encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides guidance throughout the entire process. Should I ever need legal services in the future, he is the only one I will entrust with that responsibility.

I had an issue with my former employer regarding a non-compete agreement. I had been hit with a cease and desist and other legal threats were discussed. Safe to say - I was very nervous about the future. I did some google searching and found Tyler Osburn. Gave him a call and we chatted for a solid 45 minutes. During which I explained the facts of what happened. He listened intently, explained the law to me in understandable non-attorney terms, and whether he intended to or not, he calmed me down. Looking back on that day, I can say it was arguably the most stressed day of my life, and Tyler took care of me. To anyone on the fence about hiring him. Don't hesitate, he's your guy.

Curtis Rypma helped my mother and I with some legal papers transferring a house my parents bought me into my name. I was so behind and had to have it done that day. He was able to squeeze me in. He explained everything and was very kind and helpful. I referred a friend to him and she also had a great experience!

My experience with Schenk Boncher and Rypma I hired Brent Boncher to help me with my divorce. Then just days before my first friend of the court hearing he informed me that he had left the firm. Unable to find a new attorney in such a short time I went with the attorney they passed my case off to. Susan Knoll. Susan was in my opinion horrible. Nothing got filed on time. At court she was last minute filling out forms that should have had been filed weeks ahead of time. At one point she told the Friend of the Court clerk something along the lines of I don’t really know what I’m doing I just have good assistances. Mrs Knoll billed me for dozens of hours even though I found out later that my ex wife’s attorney actually did all the work and writing and preparation of the documuents. From my understanding all she did was copy and paste my emails to the opposing counsel. I did all the negotiations with my ex because they were not getting anything done. So I paid my ex 12K. I have the kids all the time and she pays no child support. And she was billed less than me by her attorney who Mrs Knoll has even admitted to me had done all the work. This woman is either the most incompetent lawyer ever or just flat out lies to bill enough hours. I’m not sure which of these is true but one of them is. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. I feel like they failed me every step of the way and I am going to be making payments to them for a long time.
