This attorney wasn’t even named in an anonymous social media post about harassment, yet replied multiple times in an unprofessional (borderline harassing) manner, including naming the potential poster directly when he/she clearly desired to remain anonymous. Obviously counsel had no responsibility of confidentiality to someone who isn’t his client but the lack of discretion is concerning for the context of confidentiality nonetheless. In this example at least, one of the attorneys at this firm did not conduct himself in a very ethical or professional manner. I have no relationship with the original poster nor do I know his/her identity.

Saw him respond to some libelous statements on Facebook about his law office. Very professional and authentic.

I can not express enough Thanks to Layne Scheveck, Traci, and Terri. Layne rocked my divorce case and from the beginning he was very honest and reassuring all the way to the final day of my case. I stressed alot and at times Im sure I annoyed them. Sorry guys! But they were so caring and passionate and fully understood my craziness. As a DV victim and single mom, that passion made a huge difference.I would use them over and over and I 100% recommend the entire office. My Daughter and I will be forever grateful for their time.

Layne and Teri were really awesome to work with. They helped me through custody negotiations and I am pleased with the end result- it really couldn't have turned out better. Teri went above and beyond working on my case and discovery (which was ridiculously huge), she always had me smiling. Layne was professional, thorough, and spoke up for me during times I should have been a little louder. Thank you!

*edit* please read * 10/30/2025 The review below was over a year ago. We just finished up our second time in court together. Lyndon continues to impress with his court room/trial presence. Engaged, knowledgeable, precise. It’s easy, he’s the man! Staff is great. I will keep Lyndon as my representation indefinitely. Thank you Scheveck and Salminen!! 8/20/2024 I hired Lyndon in an emergency situation in family court. Not only did he exceed my high expectations, he fought for my son like he was his own. His paralegal Kelsey was very knowledgeable and excellent at communicating with me during the process and helped put my mind at ease. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lyndon and his team and I’m so thankful to have found him to take on my case in such short notice. 10 out of 5 stars!!

Im leaving this review to say how much i appreciate the help of lyndon and Teri. They helped me through my divorce. I was able to keep what I wanted in assets, but more importantly they helped me get 50/50 custody of my kids which mattered most to me. Again, thank you both for all your help. Lyndon Scheveck took the retainer $1800.00 down. He couldnt remember which case he was representing me for. Then he asked for more money before we had any hearings . Unprofessional and a waste of money all together. “Edited”: I did see yer reply and i completely disagree . The review left by Crystal Reese was a completely separate matter. And theres no point in discussing this matter any farther. Lyndon took the money and forgot why he was there and was rude when i called to check on progress. Totally ineffective counsel . If you wanted to make this right you would just refund the monies I paid .
