Contacted them to inquire on services they cover to see if they would be a potential fit for what I was looking for. I was referred to a Robert B. (“Woody”) Woodruff via email. "Woody" emailed me, and I replied, to no response. I followed up once or twice, even included their general email, no response. He then sends me a thumbs up emoji at some point but never contacts me in any other form or context. I looked up his profile on the website and based off of his initial appearance, he looks just completely out of it mentally and physically. Perhaps "Woody" is not super active in the firm, or perhaps he just isn't well versed with communication. I use attorneys on a constant basis for both real estate and business use, I have never dealt with such an unusual, unprofessional encounter that I did with "Woody" and this firm. If you need serious work done, I would suggest skipping over this firm and contacting the next.

Absolutely dismissive lawyer. I am not an idiot, sir, I know I have a valid case even if it doesn't align with how this office practices. The lawyer who took my call, in the most insensitive and rude manner possible, basically told me to shove it and get lost. I understand if they do not want to take on a certain case, but that's no reason to treat someone with such blatant disregard and disrespect.
