I reached out to Schmidt Kramer for help with a serious medical negligence case, as I’m dealing with years of harm and a major upcoming surgery. The intake process felt unprofessional and dismissive, and the call ended abruptly. When an attorney followed up, I was told that unless my condition was extremely severe, basically, unless my body was riddled with cancer, they wouldn’t be interested in taking my case. Hearing that while I’m already struggling physically and emotionally with medical neglect and abuse was devastating. I expected more professionalism.

Expedite law firm, had a workers comp. case for a client. Good communication throughout the entire process, all client questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Dennis was very helpful and made sure we got the maximum payout possible. Thanks!

Hopefully you don't get Dennis kergick.. he won't return any of your phone calls or text messages.. or update you on your case.. The only time I get a return call back is if I use a threat like I'm going to call Mr. Kramer, almost like he don't want Schmidt or Kramer to know how there clients are really treated.. I informed Mr. Kergick 2 weeks ago. If he didn't return my phone call I was going to leave this review.. and again I have yet to get a return phone call, I guess that shows how much he cares about Schmidt and Kramer's clients. And before Schmidt Kramer puts on their normal response, call this number.. I have called that number plenty of times. That's the whole purpose of this review. You don't return the phone calls..
