My only regret is that I didn't find this firm when I first opened my worker's comp case in 2023. I believe my claim may have been settled and paid up to 12 months sooner. Geoffrey and Dominique's expertise, recommendations and professional demeanor were consistent throughout the remainder of my case. They stayed on top of details, followed through without my having to chase them down and communicated with patience and understanding. I highly recommend.

Usually dealing with a lawfirm you should feel welcomed and confident, however i cant say i would use this firm again because when questioned by the attorney he was impatient and rude, i was stuck and hesistant because it felt as if he was in court or on the phones fighting the otherside, ive delt with many attorneys in different situations and never felt confused, it was to the point i did not even bother calling him back.. anyone can have a bad day but if im coming to you as a client thats business im bringing you, i didnt call for a favor but anyhow, its been a while but i just had to leave a review.

I am leaving this review for my attorney Geoff schotter and Millican firm. I had a job injury and I retained an attorney but my old attorney and his firm would not respond to me in a timely manner leaving me begging for a call and updates on my case. so what I did was switched attorneys because I could not deal with that law firm any more they very unprofessional. I started to research other attorney and came across Mr schotter firm and when I read his reviews they were outstanding so I decided to contact him hopefully he would take my case because I already had an attorney that did nothing for my case. However, mr schotter took my case and I was grateful that I got him as my new attorney. He’s a fighter and will fight for what you deserve. The insurance company wanted to lower my check but mr. schotter got my percentage higher. He also gets back to you in a timely manner. I am very pleased with them and his Paralegal Brock is also very pleasant to deal with he also returns your calls and emails as well in a timely manner. First, let me say, I think this Law firm is doing their best to help me with my case. But everytime I communicate (or attempt communication) with the lawyer, he's mean & rude towards me. I'm not sure if he's just a rude person, or he just doesn't like me. But every time I communicate with him, I want to cry afterwards. Sometimes, he just completely ignores me, which is also rude by the way. When I attempt communication with the Paralegal, he responds most of the time. He's always pleasant & professional. I'm naturally a polite, pleasant, & respectful person, therefore people are usually the same towards me. For a lawyer to behave this way towards their own client, it's just surprising to me. Oan: This is a good law firm, & they will do their best to help you. I would refer them to my friends & family.

This firm agreed to take on my WC cast in September 2021. The last time I had any communication from them was September 2022, almost a year ago. That communication was a belligerent phone text from Schotter himself responding to a voicemail I left asking for assistance solving a non-urgent issue with my carrier. He declared he could not drop everything else on my account - which I never asked him to do. Since then my attempts to get any communication from this firm has gone unanswered. That belligerence was systemic for Schotter: he would ask me for pertinent communications or materials, then berate me for sending him too many emails. He was insultingly vicious to my therapist, and generally unwilling to actually absorb the necessary materials to keep up to date.
