I spoke to John Helm this evening over the phone about a situation & he was very helpful, caring & gave me some great advice. It's nice to know there are still kind people in this world.

I recently had the pleasure of working with John Helm at Schreckengast & Helm, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John and his legal secretary (and wife), Tammy, are some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever met. After a recent phone conversation with John about a dilemma I was facing, I realized I didn’t need to pursue a lawyer for that specific issue. Despite that, John’s friendliness, honesty, and availability stood out to me. During our discussion, he also brought up another legal matter that needed attention, and his approach sold me right away. I had the opportunity to meet John and Tammy in person earlier today, and it was an absolute delight. We discussed my legal needs and even touched on other topics, and their warm, engaging personalities made the whole process enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Schreckengast & Helm to anyone in need of legal services. John and Tammy are kind, approachable, and genuinely care about their clients. I’ll definitely turn to them again if I have any future legal needs.

0 STARS... It's not very professional for someone seeking legal advise to call twice and leave message and not receive a response. On the 3rd call I was told Mr Helm may not be accepting new clients. #LOWE'S not a good suggestion.
