The communication was bad and switch to through to many representatives . Also none of the Lawyers never called me back. Stop trying to make people lives feel bad. That’s not your vehicle got hit. Stop trying to stuff your greedy face with people money. These rating are ridiculous.

If you are in need of an attorney you should call them. They listened to my wishes and needs and went above what I expected. Sara was the assistant I worked with and she was awesome.

Would give them 0 stars if that were an option. Very poor communication, they will just text you, but they will never pickup any calls that you make to them. The only reason I found out that they had canceled my case was because my chiropractor told me that they had canceled. No one at the office reached out to contact me to tell me that they would be dropping the case. Would never recommend this place to anyone who was in a car crash that was caused by a reckless driver hitting your vehicle.

This was my first car accident and working with this firm has been a terrible experience. They had my case for 8 months and it was beyond frustrating from start to finish. Firstly, the communication is BEYOND poor, the other reviews are not lying! It was impossible to get in contact or get a call back from anyone, you literally have to haunt them down and pray you can get everything accomplished within that one call. Secondly, there was a disengaged and disingenuous feeling. There was no urgency to communicate, send documents, follow up, etc. TBH my case should have been cut and dry and I feel once the opposite attorney received push back he checked out. I then asked if they could send my paperwork over to my email upon exiting and their computers “were down”.. again, and I doubt it will be an easy road to get my file now. please do yourself a favor and find an established firm that has more consistent reviews..

I got into a pretty bad 5 car accident in 2023 and signed on with this company. If it weren't for Genesis Gaona walking me through and addressing my needs, I would lost my mind. She was responsive, patient, and heard my concerns. She arranged my MRI's, physical therapy, and made sure all of my documents were received and all of the medical billing had been taken care of and addressed. The accident left me with a bulging disc in my back 5mm big, a torn rotator cuff of my right shoulder, and a torn right knee. They were able to get me $107,000.00 for my medical billing and some for suffering. They took care of everything for me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has had trouble with getting the problems addressed with the insurance company. They took really good care of me.

After signing with your company six months ago! I have yet to hear back again from my attorney nor his/her assistants! I have emailed, called, texted, and even act as if I were a new client! Communication with your clients are a needed necessity in any relationship personal or business! How many times do I have to leave a message before I get some form of response from the Birmingham, Al location???
