After finalizing my divorce, I had a final meeting with Mr. Diamond where I clearly stated that I had not received my last bill and needed to pay my balance in full before moving cross-country as a single mother. I explained that once I moved, finances would be tight and I needed everything settled. He agreed to send my final bill. I received a bill, paid it in full, and moved to Florida. Months later, I was shocked to receive another bill for $1,600 that I had never been informed of. I obviously did not have that kind of money. He then harassed me about this for nearly three years, and has now sent the account to collections. This experience caused unnecessary stress and financial pressure during an already difficult time. I strongly caution anyone especially single mothers or anyone on a tight budget to think carefully before using this attorney.

Their Oregon State Bar attorney Henry Harding filed this illegal Request for Production, demanding my pre-marital assets in a way that's expressly illegal in the United States of America. See laws from Wyoming, Rhode Island, Utah, New Hamspire… The Oregon State Bar summarily dismissed my complaint. What a circus. ❤️‍🩹 Henry Harding refused to contact the real estate agent for the sale of our house. Blatant stone-walling that cost me tens of thousands of dollars over the course of this year. Verify with Koert Balke from MORE Realty about this daring protraction, and how the realtor has never seen anything like this in his years dealing with divorce cases. I contacted all the partners at the firm, OS Bar, President and President-elect of OS Bar and they're staunch disagreement that anything unusual has happened. No kids, shared account drained, one house. Henry Harding literally refused to participate in the sale of our house. I'd swear an oath that everything I've said is factual and verifiable with documents I have.

Becareful when you call this office for a consultation. They do not practice in Lane county. We scheduled a consultation appointment with Henry Harding, his secretary didn’t tell us up front that they didn’t practice in Lane county. In the mid of our conversation he told us he wasn’t to take on our case while we already paid $285 fee for the consult. The conversation with Henry was wasting of our time. They should have told us that they didn’t practice in Lane county. I called different law offices in Eugene and first thing they asked in which county you are looking for to hire attorneys and then will schedule appropriate consultation appointment. There are better law offices in Oregon guys!

If you are getting a divorce, look further than Fearl for a lawyer to represent your interest. He is happy to take your money for little to no representation. When we were at the final mediation meeting he said zero to nothing to help. Fearl was too caught up in other cases... although he and his firm were paid close to 10k, we got screwed because he sat back and accepted whatever was offered as a settlement. He is worthless as a divorce lawyer. Keep looking for someone who actually has the time and desire to back you.
