Don’t count with your funds being in your account the day they tell you. Had to cut our vacation short because we where told closing would be on Friday. Nothing no funds deposit. Next try Funds will be in your account Monday, Nothing still waiting. When I called the office I ask for a simple email with prove the funds where transferred like they said it would be. Once again nothing no email no funds. Thank you for your professionalism. I’ll never do another closing using this title company.

Recently dealt with this firm for the closing of my home. Throughout the process I had to reach out and acquire information that should have been provided though their “service”. It’s was very difficult to reach anyone, Michelle Smith (Closing Processor) and Nichole Grimes (Closing Agent) work together but do not communicate with one another. This lack of communication caused me to delay closing. Honestly they did not seem to prioritize my business or they were overwhelmed. If you are looking for a smooth and timely tile service, I do not recommend this firm.

I just closed a complicated deal with Nichole and her team. There were peaks and valleys through the entire process and even when a late closing was necessary she and her team, dropped everything they were doing to be there for the clients. In this business we work with all kinds of people and though I'd love to say they are all great, that's just not the case. If there is a team that I would promote and give my 110% backing to, it would be them.

Not by my own choice, had to use them for closing on my home purchase. Now that I'm encountering issues with my credit card institutions not receiving checks that Schutt Law Firm allegedly mailed they won't even answer the phone. Typical lawyers I suppose, greedy but once they get paid they don't care. Now my accounts are past due because the payments they were supposed to receive from my closing costs wired to Schutt Law Firm have still not been received 3 weeks later. But no one can tell me what happened to this money I already paid. Not sure how they handle other areas of law but the pattern of behavior shows that they only care about their paychecks.
