Schwed, Adams & McGinley, P.A. - Memphis

Hi my names is Anthony, In March 2024, I was hospitalized due to severe food poisoning caused by contaminated ground beef. After the incident, I decided to seek legal help and contacted Kenner & Pintaluga. They referred me to another firm, Schwed Law Firm, to proceed with a potential lawsuit. Unfortunately, my experience with both firms was extremely frustrating. For months I waited, believing my case was being reviewed and handled. However, after a long period of time and very close to the legal deadline, they suddenly decided they would not move forward with the case. Pricilla the case manager ignored my calls, because I need explanation. Because this decision was made so late, it has made it extremely difficult for me to find another attorney willing to take the case before the deadline. I feel that a lot of valuable time was lost, and I should have been informed much earlier so I could have explored other legal options. I understand that not every case can move forward, but the lack of timely communication and the late decision has put me in a very difficult situation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Was a good person

I was hit from the back while driving uber. Jan 31 2021, couldnt work for at least 4 months. They initially told me they were going to ask for 250,000. Got my hopes up. That was almost 5 years ago. Theyve only called me 2 or three times. And out of the hundreds of times ive called them, when i didnt get sent to vm, i found out that its nowhere near 250,000. Not even 20,000. I still don’t know whats going on with the case. But i havent been paid yet. Sooo….

I will always recommend this law firm to anyone with an injury case. In my time of need they stepped in and came through right on time with God's grace and timing. Thank you for everything Schwed, Adams & McGinley law firm ❤️

They were very helpful until they weren’t. Hard to get in touch with lawyer. Have to reach out for an update they will not do so for you. Probably better of going somewhere else.
