I contacted Mr. McMillan concerning a complex elder financial abuse case with an element of business gross negligence involved. He gave me a free consultation - listened intently, asked numerous questions and determined that he was not the right lawyer for my case. I greatly appreciate that! He is no-nonsense and you will be fortunate if represents you.

Scott is awesome, he understands the labor laws that I called him about and gave me sound advice. Should I need to proceed with further actions I will be having him represent me.

I called Mr. McMillan regarding my denial of coverage by Progressive and he took the time to make numerous suggestions about how to proceed with an appeal as well as what to expect during litigation, if necessary. (10/2017) I found Scott by looking at on line reviews on AVVO. I had called three other attorneys that were not interested in my case and told me I didn't have a chance. When I met with Scott, he listened and even though he did not promise that I had a case, he thought that I had at least a chance of prevailing. I liked the fact that he was very blunt and straightforward about what I could and could not do in my case and what would be helpful and what would not be helpful. We had our initial meeting and the next day he called me with some more thoughts on the case and how he thought I should preceed. He gave me some "homework" to do because he said that it would be cheaper for me to write down the details and such of the case and then he reviewed it and made some changes. I did prevail, but I would have given a good review regardless because of the time and attention he gave me and my case. If I had stopped after talking to the first three attorneys I talked to, then I would have lost a lot of money. I hope I do not need to use any attorney in the future, but I would trust him if I need legal advice or help again. 4/2018 - I used Scott last year and wrote the above review last year. Since then, I have sadly needed his services again. Once again he listened to my issues and gave sound advice and followed up handing everything for me. Once again, I think I have a good outcome and he kept me from being blackmailed from by someone. He also didn't even charge me earlier this year when I called just to ask what to do in an auto accident where I am being sued. 1/23 - i just wanted to say a few other legal issues have crossed my path since 2018 and I continue to find Scott to be a knowledgable and reasonable source of information

Spoke to Scott about a damaged property situation and he was able to give me some sage advice on how to proceed. He's straight forward and doesn't waste time. This is exactly the type of person you want on your side in a legal dispute. Highly recommend.

Grade A Human being and an amazing lawyer. Looks out for everyone, I didnt even know lawyers had hearts.

If I had to have a lawyer in my corner this is who I'm going with. I've known him from mutual friends now for a couple years. They, as well as I have relied on his sage advice and guidance.

Stay away from this place if you don't like to be bullied and yelled at by the lawyer.. The office is very unprofessional and unkept. Out dates things are strewn around blocking entrances and exits. Paperwork is all over the place. Parking lot is a nightmare. Overall, just a place to stay away if you are looking for quality representation. Their website has personnel who no longer works for them.

Scott is a solid attorney with a vast knowledge of law. His professionalism is outstanding and he truly cares about his clients.
