Called not see if I had a case but to see if this was the type of case they handled as stated on the lawyers website. Premise liability is definitely what it falls under, but was told they don't accept cases like that. It wasn't the attorney that told me that, it was whoever answered the phone and unless I am wrong, you can't give out legal advice unless you are an attorney,that might be called, " Unauthorized Practice of Law" or UPL. I say that because I sent in a brief of the case via online and was told to contact the office. If you dont handle them type of cases, maybe you shouldn't advertise that you do. Also unless that was an attorney that I spoke with, then how would they know if the case is actionable or not.

I would HIGHLY recommend this law office to anyone who was involved in a car accident or anything else that an attorney would be needed for. Jan was the most helpful and supportive person throughout a LONG 2.5 year process. She took care of everything. Even after everything has been settled she reminded me she is still there to support me in anything that I may need. I will forever recommend anyone I know who needs an attorney to this law office.

When I first approached them I had no direction and was very overwhelmed and everyone else just spoke jargon.
