When I contacted Scott he immediately called me back and listen to my situation and without any questions he took my case. He has went to great measurements for me and you don't always get that in a lawyer and I would recommend him to any one whatever your case is about. Scott thank you so much for doing everything you have done on such a short notice.

Mishandled my case, did not adhere to any of the pre-discussed plan of resolution in my case. It was a case that involved police misconduct that went to trial in a traffic court. He arrived at trial grossly unprepared. It seemed as if he had not visited my case since the consultation. He failed to obtain the discovery, which was integral to the entire case, and did not request a continuation with regard to that fact. Furthermore, he seemed to lack necessary confidence when negotiating with the prosecutor(which tracks with lack of preparation). Had I not been adamant about not accepting any of the outrageous “deals” that were being presented by the prosecution. I would’ve been left with a situation that was exceedingly worse than it was prior to retaining Mr. Scott Crongeyer. He did not follow through on any of the things that we discussed prior to his retainment. It seems to me that as soon as he got my money, it was one and done. He did not contact me once before trial after our initial consultation. Each time we corresponded it was due to me, taking the initiative to reach out and inquire on the status of my case preparation. To add insult to injury when I expressed concerns about my dissatisfaction with the outcome of the case he wrote me a condescending email that insinuated that my pursuit of justice was somehow out of my financial reach in an attempt to deter me from seeking justice and suggested that I reach out to a different attorney. I have experience with reputable attorneys I know what good legal advisement looks like and this isn’t it if I could leave zero stars, I would. This was a lesson learned because in the future, I will require the pre-trial plan of action in writing and I will pursue damages when that plan is grossly neglected. Beware.

Scott is an absolute treasure. He's down to earth, listens, empathizes, and has a sense of humor to help you get through the problem. He was able to work with the prosecutor to get my case dismissed. I absolutely recommend Scott. His assistant is also on point. I had an urgent question and she was able to get it worked with Scott immediately. Update: I got a call from Scott's assistant Ellen today saying my case was expunged! I will say if you need a criminal defense attorney, Scott's and his team are it. Scott is a hard-worker, excellent and professional attorney. EXCELLENT attorney. I was accused and charged with harassment by an individual abusing the legal system filing false cases on people as a revenge tactic. After hiring Scott and speaking with him over the phone about the case, he instantly went to work and began filing motions. The case was extremely messy and complicated but Scott did not back down and was able to meet with the DA and provide the evidence needed to have my case dismissed before it even reached the arraignment.
