The receptionist was very rude, I asked for a consultation she said she screens his calls before anyone can speak with him cause she knows what kinda cases he takes. This man put me immediately at ease in the first 5 minutes I was with him. He listened to my issue and concerns and engaged me in easy conversation in a way that felt like I was talking with a friend or neighbor rather than a stranger. With clear language and gentle demeanor (and with a nice sense of humor, I might add) he explained which of my concerns didn't really apply and narrowed the rest of our conversation to those that did. Most importantly to me, he didn't try to "tell me what I should do" but rather gave me information, guidance and counsel I needed to allow me make the decisions. Clearly, he's more interested in helping his clients resolve their issues than in demonstrating his prowess in knowing the law. It's a refreshing approach.
