Carter Scott from Searcy Denny represented my parents when they were rear-ended, killing my father and leaving my mother in the hospital for nearly a month with a fractured pelvis and multiple broken ribs, as well as significant memory loss from a concussion. Carter treated my mom and I like people, rather than a paycheck, actively listening to us both on how we wanted to proceed, but also advising us on all possible scenarios. Carter and his team (we worked with Angela a lot!) understood my mom’s condition and memory issues at the time and made sure to keep me informed. They were not bothered when I wanted them to call my mom to repeat any information they’d just said to me to make her more comfortable. Angela would walk my mom through the DocuSign process when needed, help her go through all the medical bills she’d receive in the mail, and navigate the various health insurance departments harassing us. The team frequently set up 3-way calls for us when I wasn’t able to be next to my mom. Carter and his team did everything they could to make us whole, and they treated us like family. I had a malpractice case .A doctor took me off my blood pressure meds knowing I needed them ( pull my medical records and then you'll see all I'm saying is true ) well a few days later I had to be rushed to the hospital. He is an extremely knowledgeable attorney with incredible experience on all types of cases. Jimmy made time to personally answer each and every question I had throughout the entirety of my case.
