Rachel Seaton handled my case effectively and provided solid legal representation. However, I found her billing practices to be unclear and inconsistent, which was frustrating. Because of this, I cannot recommend her services.

Her and her staff always keep me up to date and always get back with me with any concerns in a timely manner. I cannot recommend her enough! She really has been an amazing attorney for me in my situation with my family law situation.

If you need someone who will fight for you and give you their all then you have come to the right place. I have been fighting a long custody battle with Rachel and Traci by my side all the way. I was absolutely terrified with this entire process but after seeing how much they care and how hard they fight for what is right have me hope and courage. Don’t bother to contact them!!! Unswerving service 24/7 will promise they contact office and notify abt ur call and have call u back next day ! NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I understand they are busy, but common, or just tell u cannot take a case and don’t feed with promises!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Unprofessional

We sought out Seaton Law after being injured in a bad car accident where we were not at fault. Traci and Rachel fought extremely hard and extremely effectively to maximize our settlement. They were sympathetic and professional throughout, let us know just what we could realistically expect, and then pushed through all obstacles to make it happen. At every step, they patiently explained our options to help us make the best decision for us. Hopefully I will never be in this situation again, but they would be my first call if something did happen. I recommend them without hesitation.

I had an emergency where my 15 mos old could be put in harms way. She immediately made time for me and im prayimg she can resolve the issues im facing for my daughter's sake.
