Brian Muenchenbach helped our daughter with a high speed traffic violation. She was a minor and we were concerned about her license being taken away, insurance implications, and whatnot. Brian was an absolute wizard! He rolled in and conferenced with the powers that be and got it dropped down to a basic speeding ticket. Hiring Brian Munchenbach to represent me for my divorce was by far the worst decision I could’ve possibly made. Brian gas lighted me from the second I met him. Our first court hearing he never looked at my financial records. The magistrate had to fix what he failed to do. My retainer was paid in full so money wasn’t an issue. He would make appointments with me then cancel them at the last minute. What I’ve been reading from other reviews I’m not the only individual he’s taken advantage of. Brian is a legal predator taking advantage of individuals impacted by the actions of others. Brian will drop you right before the final divorce hearing then sue you for an ungodly amount of money afterwards.

I need to join the chorus of high praise! Bryan Penick and his team stepped in to save the day. Someone accused my dog of something he did not do. I tried multiple local law firm offices and no one wanted to stand up for the dog -- despite all the support the dog had from everyone who met him (including the groomer who was shocked someone would accuse him of being anything but friendly). SS+D stepped-in; Bryan and his team brought us through court successfully!! I can't say enough positive things about Bryan and his colleagues. Glad to know a law firm that is interested in defending any of their clients, even if the client is furry and has 4 legs. In addition I had another issue a few years ago and SS+D, Ilya Polyakov helped me straighten out the problem. I really appreciate this law firm.
