I feel like this law firm never work. When I call during the week, and I did many times, "the machine", is picking up the phone, and give you the business hour open from 9 to 5pm, So the machine give you the option to pick. And I pick directory so I can speak with a lawyer but everytimes I pick one they never there to answer and let you leave a voicemail, I don't mind leaving a voicemail, and the only time they called me back, the lady hang up on me befor I ask my question. And not even a thank you or have a good day. It was just " ok call me back" not even bye-bye.
