I reached out to this law firm with an urgent employment law need and the only communication I received was an intake form, which I completed. I waited over a week and sent a follow up email. I have never heard back. I should mention that I have only been in communication with Griffin Hirst. The lawyers may be fine.

Edit: The issue was fixed and was a miscommunication. It seems every contract is a little different, and I guess there was some confusion. So far, everything else has been relatively smooth. Original: Was given a free consultation and told my case would be accepted, then told to send in $300 before the case would be accepted. I'm unfamiliar with how the legal system works, but fine, I send it in and sign the contract. Communication afterwards has been minimal and now I've been told the $300 intake fee was actually a consultation fee. Then why was it only brought up after the consultation? Seems very disorganized to me. Hopefully the situation gets better soon. If it does, I will update.

Sadly, they won’t talk to you unless you fill out a questionnaire. That really doesn’t help much when you are meeting with the co atty the next day.
