In October of 2022 I had the unfortunate experience of being struck by an SUV while walking resulting in an L-4 spinal fracture. Once I was able to, I looked online to see what attorneys might handle my case and looking at references and testimonials. I found the firm of Seiden and Kaufman, and after reading their testimonials and attorney profiles, I decided to give them a call. When I called I was immediately put through to Daniel Seiden of this firm. Within 48 hours he was in my home for a consultation. I was immediately impressed by his warm demeanor. He asked questions about what happened and explained the process and what he thought would happen. I showed him the hospital report and the police report. My wife even took him to see the site of the accident. After I signed some papers, he assured me that he would take care of all paperwork and that I would have to do nothing other than send over any further documentation that I might receive. This turned out to be true. During the upcoming weeks I was able to contact him with questions and provide anything that he asked for. Any time that I called he immediately responded. I never had to wait more than a few hours. His staff is extremely friendly and is a pleasure to talk to. After everything was completed he was able to obtain a settlement that exceeded what I thought would be available. This was also much faster than I anticipated.
